I also have interference from my APC40, not allowing me to scroll around inside Ableton because one of the buttons corresponds to yet another cc-command routed via Automap to the Launchpad Mini.
The button lights up again while playing on the EWI still causing problems of arming and disarming tracks. Using Automap, I created a new cc-mapping using only the “unusable” or rare midi-commands that I seldom use or at all on the Launchpad Mini. However, notes are also emitted from the EWI, resulting in that I accidentally armed and disarmed tracks. Just setting up the launchpad and EWI, I thought would be an easy process, but at one point I tried to figure out what was causing these 2 machines to interfere with each other.įirst of all, every command you midi-map in Ableton corresponds to either a note or a midi-cc command.
